Remarks: This is an early 1953 Russ Peak 7'6" 'light' fly rod. Russ Peak started in 1951, so this is an early rod. Eearly on Russ used Silaflex blanks that he hand picked on the production floor. This rod is a 5/6 weight, and has the W&M mini ferrules, a Featherlight reel seat, Cal Air rod tube. The tip is approximately 1.25" shorter than the butt section, the rod was made that way.
